Sample Date in Local Standard Time

The date the sample was taken in Local Standard Time.  This represents only the date, the time is in a separate field.  This time reflects the beginning of the sample duration.  That is, if the time is 2:00 and the duration is 1-hour, then sampling happened from 2:00 - 3:00.

Business Rules

Required for submission of Sample Values.

Must be in the date format: YYYYMMDD.

Must be between Jan 01, 1957 and the current date.

Must fall within a valid Sample Period for the associated monitor.

For Inserts, must not duplicate the date and time of a Sample Value already in the database.

For Updates and Deletes, must match the date and time of Sample Value already in the database.
